Indotronix is seeking a Senior UI Developer in Pittsburgh, PA, and multiple client tech hub locations with our Direct client
Position: Senior UI Developer
Provide locations. Most Preferred Pittsburgh(PA)
2. Second Preferred Strongsville(OH), Birmingham(AL), Dallas(TX), and Phoenix(AZ)
Ability to work remotely: Yes, 3 days in office, 2 remote
Travel: No
Days of the Week: M-F 40 hours
Working Hours (Flexible): M-F 8 AM-5 PM EST, Possible work for weekend deadlines or releases
Acceptable time zone(s): Preferred EST, some flexibility if candidate is located in a different time zone
Duration: Contract to hire
Roles and Responsibilities:
Working as a UI developer on the Mobile Zelle project. Will be performing development, sometimes release-related activities, and standard documentation and paperwork to be completed. Describing what they've worked on for a release, assessing the risk of the items that they've worked utilizing proper security protocols.
Proficiency and comfort with Kotlin and Java
Comfortable working directly with Gradle commands and build. gradle.kts files
Familiar with "legacy" Android Views Framework and XML
Understanding of general APK and AAR build process, including source Sets across Build Variants
Mastery of SOLID development techniques, Unidirectional Data Flow paradigms, and Reactive programming
Awareness of Dependency Injection and management
RxJava 3+ and/or Kotlin Coroutines
Experience using (and maintaining) standard Android testing suites (JUnit4, Espresso, etc...)
Confidence with using/learning TalkBack and Switch Access for Accessibility efforts
Technical Skills:
Kotlin
Java
Gradle commands and build gradle.kts files
