TalentLogistiX is immediately seeking skilled Commercial Drywall Finishers in the Indianapolis, IN area to join our winning team! We offer steady work , above average wages with weekly pay for those with the skills and knowledge to help our clients achieve their goals.

Pay Rate: $24.00/hr-$30.00/hr (depending on experience)

Location: Indianapolis, IN 46143

Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm (some OT may be required)

Commercial Drywall Finisher Responsibilities:

• Expert-level joint compound application: Applying a skim coat of joint compound across the entire drywall surface to conceal minor imperfections and create an exceptionally smooth finish.
• Precise taping and finishing: Accurately applying tape to all joints and corners, ensuring a seamless transition between drywall panels.
• Multiple coat application: Applying multiple layers of joint compound with meticulous sanding between each coat to achieve a flawless surface.
• Attention to detail: Identifying and addressing even the smallest imperfections, including screw heads and minor irregularities.
• Advanced sanding techniques: Utilizing specialized sanding methods to achieve a consistent, smooth finish without visible sanding marks.
• Quality control: Regularly inspecting work to ensure it meets the stringent standards of a level 5 finish.

Commercial Drywall Finisher Qualifications:

• Extensive drywall finishing experience: Proven ability to perform all aspects of drywall finishing at a high level, including taping, mudding, and sanding
• Deep understanding of level 5 finishing requirements: Knowledge of the specific techniques and materials needed to achieve a level 5 finish
• Ability to read blueprints and project specifications: Understanding project requirements to ensure the correct level of finish is applied
• Physical stamina and dexterity: Capability to work at heights, handle heavy tools, and perform repetitive movements with precision
