Cabinet and Closet Installer About Us: Our company, Closet Factory, is the Custom Storage Solution Authority, serving Northeast Ohio's need for custom space organization throughout the home. We design, sell, build and install custom cabinetry, including closets, home offices, garages, entertainment centers, pantries, bookshelves, and more. Our parent Company has been in business for over 40 years with locations throughout the country. Closet Factory-Cleveland has been owned and operated by the same principle owner for over 25 years. We have experienced substantial growth and as a result are searching for additional members to add to our close-knit team of people to manufacture and install our cabinetry. Our factory manufactures all of the wood parts for our complete product line using the 32-millimeter system. The woodworkers in our factory prepare each job and check it for accuracy and quality. Our carpenters/installers load the product into their vans and install the cabinetry in our client's homes. Job Benefits:

• Base pay starts at $18-$20/hr. based on experience and skills; Experienced Installers are eligible after production/installation training period for a performance incentive which can significantly increases your compensation.

Specific Requirements:

* STRONG WORK ETHIC AND RESPECT FOR OTHERS A MUST

• Reliable work history, attendance record and ability to pass a background and driving record check
• Ability to occasionally work late or on the weekend as needed to get the job done on schedule
• Ability to unload and carry material up to 50lbs for typically up to 2 hours a day
• Experience with carpentry hand tools, drills, screw-gun, table saw, miter saw
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Driven to complete high quality work without short-cutting quality and with minimal supervision
• Customer service experience
• Willingness to keep tools and vehicles clean, maintained and organized
• Problem solving skills
• Commitment to work safely and use required protective gear
• Ability to read elevation and plan views of drawings a plus
• Some woodworking experience or knowledge of 32-millimeter system a plus
• Cabinet construction experience a plus
