Moon Mountain Winter Haven in Winter Haven, FL is looking for a barista / kava tender to join our 6 person strong team. We are located at 3054 Cypress Gardens Rd. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.

Must be at least 21 years of age . Seeking a friendly, hardworking, clean and resourceful Barista/ Kava Tender / Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience serving the public, timely problem resolution, troubleshooting equipment, and handling cash transactions. The Barista/ Kava Tender / Retail Sales Associate must be able to regularly complete drink and Food preparation tasks in a timely manner while maintaining excellent customer service. Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and engaging with customers as they enter the store.
• Brew & serve Coffee, Tea, Acai Bowls, Smoothies and other alternative beverages daily.
• Establish and maintain friendly customer relationships.
• Provide customers with regular updates about the store's specials and events.
• Recommend & upsell products.
• Assessing customer's needs and suggesting solutions to their problems.
• Clean and restock the store throughout the day.
• Enter orders into the POS system and maintain running tabs.
• Maintain a clean facility
• Prepare food and beverage menu offerings for the business day and prep for next business day.

Job Type: Part-time / Full - time

Pay: $11.00 per hour base pay plus tips and incentives.

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
