**Job Title: Welder/Fabricator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team in a dynamic fabrication shop located in Nampa. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in sheet metal fabrication and possess a strong proficiency in MIG welding techniques. **Responsibilities** + Perform sheet metal fabrication with precision and accuracy. + Interpret and work from blueprints to ensure correct specifications. + Utilize MIG welding techniques to complete various projects. + Operate fabrication equipment, including press brakes and other machinery. + Conduct flux core welding as required. + Maintain a high level of craftsmanship in all welding and fabrication tasks. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sheet metal fabrication. + Proficient in MIG welding. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Experience with fabrication and welding equipment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 3G Welding Certificate preferred. + Experience in grinding and metal cutting. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that values its team and invests in your future.
