About the Role:

We're looking for a talented Visual Designer who specializes in logo design and brand identity to join our in house Visual Design agency for real estate teams powered by PLACE. In this role, you'll collaborate directly with real estate teams that join PLACE to craft visual identities that represent their brand and align with PLACE's standards. You'll lead creative consultations, design custom or co-branded assets in Figma, and ensure final deliverables are clean, usable, and handed off with care.

Responsibilities

  • Lead brand kickoff and consultation calls with newly onboarded PLACE teams to understand their vision, values, and design preferences
  • Design modern, versatile logos and brand identity systems (typography, color palettes, patterns, etc.) using Figma
  • Apply PLACE co-branding to a variety of team brand styles, ensuring visual cohesion with existing brand standards
  • Package final assets (logos, brand guides, social templates, etc.) and export files in all necessary formats
  • Communicate directly with internal teams and real estate partners to gather feedback, present options, and deliver final work
  • Maintain consistency with PLACE brand principles while honoring each team's unique identity
  • Manage multiple branding projects in parallel, meeting deadlines and ensuring high quality throughout

Qualifications

  • Ideally residing in Bellingham, WA but we are open to exceptionally strong remote candidates
  • 3+ years of experience in visual design, with a strong focus on logo and brand identity
  • Portfolio showcasing logo design and branding systems (bonus: experience in real estate, startups, or co-branded systems)
  • Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong communication and presentation skills—you're comfortable leading client calls and justifying design decisions
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple client-facing projects at once
  • Familiarity with file export best practices for print, digital, and social media use
  • Bonus: Knowledge of real estate industry trends or experience working with franchised or decentralized brand systems
