Job Overview:
We are seeking a UX Researcher to join our team on a 1-year contract initially. This role focuses on user experience (UX) research, gathering and analyzing customer data to ensure a clear understanding of the production customer experience and identifying friction points. The ideal candidate will employ a multi-faceted research approach, leveraging qualitative, quantitative, and competitive data to inform strategies and improve customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Gather customer data to maintain a clear and current view of the production customer experience and its associated friction points.
• Use qualitative, quantitative, and competitive research methods to gather formative data.
• Monitor customer experience health using available metrics and keep the team and business informed.
• Evaluate experiences created within the team and externally to ensure alignment with defined strategies.
• Compile data points into compelling Point-of-View documents and communicate findings to key stakeholders, including designers, strategists, researchers, and product owners.
• Utilize online research tools, design thinking methods, and quantitative research methods to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in UX research or a related field.
• Strong ability to gather and analyze customer data using qualitative, quantitative, and competitive research methods.
• Proficiency in monitoring and interpreting customer experience metrics.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings and insights to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with online research tools, design thinking methods, and quantitative research techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including designers, strategists, and product owners.

Pay Range: $45 - $55/HR

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
