Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Textile Production Operator to join our team in Claremore. This position focuses on managing production in an electrospinning textile environment, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency throughout the process. The Textile Production Operator will work with specialized equipment, monitor web path tension control, and maintain compliance with safety and production standards in a rapidly expanding industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage production in an electrospinning textile environment .
• Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal output.
• Monitor and adjust web path tension and control to meet quality and production standards.
• Uphold quality control measures to ensure consistent, high-quality products.
• Ensure safety and compliance with all production protocols.
• The Textile Production Operator may also assist with mechanical adjustments, overhead crane operation, and forklift use as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and push/pull up to 51 lbs (assistance required for weights over 102 lbs).
• Ability to stand and walk 90% of the day ; crouch or kneel 15% of the day; sit 10% of the day during breaks or forklift operation.
• Must have mechanical aptitude and experience with web path tension control .
• Experience operating overhead cranes and forklifts is required.
