Job Summary Workforce Recruiter The Workforce Recruiter will play a key role in supporting the success of the PIPE Program by establishing strong employer partnerships, facilitating participant placements, and driving recruitment efforts. Key Responsibilities: Employer Partnerships: Collaborate with the Workforce Lead to develop and maintain partnerships with at least five (5) new employers per month in STEM and other hard-to-fill roles. Job Placement & Tracking: Ensure a steady placement rate of 5-7 participants per month from PIPE Program Cohorts 1-4 into long-term jobs or internships in high-demand fields. Track and report placement outcomes. Candidate Recruitment & Enrollment: Actively recruit and enroll at least 10 BIPOC candidates into the PIPE Program Career Pathway Intensive Cohort each cycle. Enter all recruitment updates and candidate outreach in WF1 System (training will be provided). Track and manage all recruitment. Recruitment Strategy & Marketing Collaboration: Conduct weekly meetings with the Workforce Lead and PIPE marketing team to provide recruitment updates, refine strategies, and align outreach efforts. Resume & Career Readiness Support: Assist program participants with resume writing, interview preparation, and career readiness to ensure successful job placements. Employer & Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with employer partners, maintaining professional rapport to support participant placements. Community Outreach & Partnerships: Engage with community organizations and agencies to promote the PIPE Program, increase participant enrollment, and secure additional program support. Pipeline Management & Transparency: Maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline of employers, job placements, and participant progress in a shared One Drive folder for team access and transparency. Additional Recruitment Initiatives: Provide other recruitment strategies and services as directed by the Founder/Executive Director, ensuring alignment with program goals and priorities. Qualifications: Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Workforce Development, or a related field (preferred) OR equivalent work experience. 2+ years of experience in recruitment, workforce development, talent acquisition, or career coaching. Industry Knowledge & Skills: Experience recruiting for STEM fields, hard-to-fill roles, or workforce development programs is highly desirable. Strong understanding of job placement strategies, employer engagement, and talent pipelines. Data tracking tool experience, case management experience. Communication & Relationship Building: Proven ability to engage with employers, community organizations, and program participants professionally. Strong networking and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including resume writing and interview coaching. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and OneDrive for maintaining pipelines and documentation. Experience using CRM or applicant tracking systems to manage candidates and employer relationships (preferred). Organizational & Strategic Abilities: Ability to manage multiple priorities, track progress, and meet placement targets. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records of employer engagement and participant placements. Ability to work collaboratively within a mission-driven, equity-centered organization. Skills/Competencies: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
