• Clinical supervision hours for LCSW or LCPC are provided.

Position Summary:
Under the supervision of a Licensed Certified Social Worker or Licensed Mental Health Therapist, the Social Worker I/Mental Health Therapist l is responsible for assessing client and family needs, providing therapy, referring clients to appropriate community services and meeting required volume of service standards.

Position Requirements:

• Must possess an LMSW or LGPC in Maryland.
• Experience with children, adolescents, and transitional age youth in clinical or educational settings is required.
• Preferred knowledge of CBT and DBT skills obtained through internships or employment.
• Must utilize evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT, and IPT-A, and integrate Feedback Informed Treatment into regular practice.
• Caseload primarily consists of adolescents and young adults with significant mental health diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, OCD, and bipolar disorder.

Salary Range: Minimum /hour - Maximum /hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
