Responsibilities:
Be the brand's voice on social media: write captions, respond to DMs, comments, and nurture community conversation
Research trends and develop content ideas tailored to each platform
Create scroll-stopping photo, video, and visual content, from ideation to editing
Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging with campaigns
Maintain a consistent brand tone and visual identity across all channels
Reach out to influencers for brand collaborations and cross promotions
Monitor performance and community feedback to continuously improve content
Requirements:
Proven experience as a content creator or social media manager
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
Strong eye for design, aesthetics, and visual storytelling
Proficiency in photo and video editing tools (Adobe, Canva, CapCut, etc.)
Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Youtube and emerging platforms
Passion for culture, internet trends, and engaging online communities
Bonus: experience with paid social, analytics tools, or influencer outreach
Experience:
1-2 years in a content creator role, with a history of exceeding reach targets.
Strong familiarity with content creation tools, social media apps, and CRM management tools.

Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related creative field
