Title: Sales Engineer
Location: Remote
Duration: Full Time/Permanent
Travel 60-70% of the time
Experience in selling medium/high voltage equipment or transformers.
Summary:
This position is responsible for generating new inquiries, securing orders, and developing and strengthening relationship with all customers in your state and the nearby state. The Sales Engineer will learn our legacy of excellence to offer detailed and comprehensive custom-engineered products and solutions that meet the customer's needs.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Engineering or an equivalent technical field
Minimum 3 years of total years of sales experience, preferably in Oil & Gas and Commercial & Industrial markets
Strong knowledge/experience with medium/high voltage electrical equipment, preferably with medium voltage distribution, power transformers, field service transformer testing, and commissioning services
Experience in working with channel partners (manufacturer's representatives, EPCs/contractors and distributors)
Strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated track record of growing assigned sales territories year-over-year
Ability to make cold calls
Ability to travel 60-70% of the time
Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
