Job Overview:
This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is eager to begin a career in marketing and sales. The successful candidate will support our marketing and sales efforts by assisting with administrative tasks, coordinating campaigns, and engaging with customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as verbal and written communication, documenting and reporting, and managing sales records
• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers through various channels and promote products. Provide information, answer queries, and support sales efforts.
• Inventory:   Check the inventory quantity and prices daily, and coordinate with the purchasing department.
• Content Creation: Take Photos. Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and web posts. Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines.
• Sales Research: Formulate the product market prices and phased marketing strategies with manager
• Team Collaboration: Creating PPTs containing product images and detailed introductions to help new employees and colleagues working remotely understand the products.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School
• Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of photography and uploading photos to the website
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin

Salary Range: $38,000 - $50,000
