Job Summary The PG Business Process Analyst will be responsible for conducting research, gathering and analyzing data and providing insights to support decision-making processes. The PG Business Process Analyst will work alongside senior business analysts to assist in development, implementation and optimization of business processes to encourage maximum efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.Job Responsibilities Develop Assist in developing and implementing new initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness Conduct research and gather data from a variety of sources, including customer feedback, market trends and internal data systems Document current process and workflow using process mapping techniques Assist with development and configuration of applications and processes Analyze Gather data to identify patterns and trends, and provide insights that inform business decisions. Validate effectiveness of business initiatives and suggest improvements.
