Help us launch the Breakroom Quiz in the United States by creating high-performing paid social media content for Meta, Tiktok, YouTube and Snap. As the face of Breakroom in the US, you’ll be part of something groundbreaking, leveraging our UK success to make an impact on the American market.
Produce high-performing impactful content for paid social media channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Snap) that drive conversions for the lowest cost
Deep understanding of each platform’s audience, algorithm and trends
Knowledge of what creates an attention grabbing, scroll stopping hook
Ability to convey a compelling message in under 20 seconds that aligns with our brand voice and style
Be able to communicate effectively with a Gen Z audience
Have an intimate understanding of US culture, trends, humour
Own the complete content creation process from scripting and shooting to editing and optimisation
Have an acute attention to detail to iterate on creatives rapidly
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple videos efficiently
Ability to use data and intuition to inform creative strategies and optimise performance
Keen eye on local and national news
Creative and ideas driven
Be based on the East Coast of the US so that you are available to have regular check ins with the UK Marketing team
Be highly collaborative and able to work effectively with remote teams
Experience of producing social media ads
Experience of using data from ad platforms
