Position: Operations Manager, Project Management
About the Job
Maleda Tech is seeking a skilled Operations Manager with strong project management expertise to support one of our high-growth clients in the global services and hospitality technology space. This is a contract opportunity for an organized, analytical, and collaborative operations professional to help optimize workflows, manage projects, and enhance quality and efficiency across service initiatives.
You'll join a scaled operations team that supports a range of programs aimed at improving host experiences, service quality, and internal cross-functional collaboration. This role requires someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage ambiguity, and is comfortable coordinating with global teams.
Duties & Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate high-impact operational projects, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.
Develop, implement, and optimize business workflows and project strategies from start to finish.
Collaborate closely with teams in education, quality, supply operations, analytics, and account management.
Translate survey and stakeholder feedback into actionable improvements across programs and systems.
Manage intake and resolution of host-related issues by working through internal teams (not client-facing).
Build and maintain systems to document, track, and report project progress and process changes.
Serve as a liaison between internal teams to close feedback loops and maintain high operational quality.
Support workflow continuity post-launch by managing bug tracking, resolution processes, and hand-offs.
Operate flexibly across changing priorities in a pilot-heavy environment, balancing execution and strategy.
Qualifications
2–3 (max 5) years of experience in project coordination, project management, or operations roles.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and optimize business processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize data and trends into actionable steps.
Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and follow-through.
Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management and documentation abilities.
Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with evolving business needs.
Proficiency with Google Suite , Excel/Google Sheets , and Airtable is required.
Familiarity with SQL or Salesforce is a plus but not required.
Experience in business operations, analytics, or technology environments preferred.
Must be based in the U.S. or Canada , able to work within PST–EST hours.
