NOCCO USA is seeking a talented Social Media Content Creator to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in crafting and managing NOCCO's presence across social media platforms, with a big focus on TikTok. Your expertise in content creation, audience engagement, and partnerships and collaborations with other creators will help bring our brand to life and grow our community.

You will be a creative lead within the team, challenging both internal and external perspectives on how and where our brands should evolve digitally. You will stay ahead of key lifestyle trends, identifying opportunities that could translate into brand and commercial success. Your work will include creating outstanding content for today’s platforms while constantly seeking out what is next, spotting trends before they even emerge.

This role reports to the NOCCO Marketing Activation Manager and sits within the marketing team based in our Los Angeles office. 

Key Responsibilities include:

Content Creation:

• Develop high-quality, creative, and platform-native content, including TikTok videos, Instagram Reels, stories, and feed posts.
• Brainstorm and execute innovative content ideas that resonate with target audiences and align with current trends.
• Collaborate with external content creators to co-develop or source fresh and engaging content for our platforms.
• Write compelling captions, taglines, and post descriptions tailored for each platform.

Social Media Management:

• Plan, schedule, and post content across TikTok and Instagram, maintaining a consistent and engaging presence.
• Experiment with posting times and formats to maximize reach and engagement.
• Stay proactive in monitoring and joining relevant trends and conversations.

Community Engagement:

• Foster meaningful interactions by responding to comments, messages and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.
• Actively monitor TikTok challenges, viral trends, and user-generated content to build community engagement.

Collaborations and Creator Partnerships:

• Identify TikTok and Instagram creators for potential collaborations that align with our brand.
• Coordinate with creators to develop authentic, high-performing content that builds audience trust.

Paid Ads and Direct-To-Consumer:

• Plan and execute paid ads on Meta and TikTok to drive awareness, amplify campaigns or emphasize specific initiatives.
• Work closely with the direct-to-consumer team to drive traffic to our online stores through creative excellence and TikTok affiliate programs.

Performance Tracking and Optimization:

• Analyze content performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, views, and audience growth) and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Utilize analytics to test and refine strategies, ensuring content remains fresh and effective.

Platform Innovation:

• Stay ahead of social media trends, tools, and updates, identifying opportunities for early adoption of new features or formats.
• Regularly propose creative campaigns and fresh ideas to enhance the brand’s presence.

While this is primarily a Monday-to-Friday role, some travel and occasional weekend work may be required.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in creating TikTok-native content with a strong understanding of platform trends and best practices.
• Experience creating content for Instagram, with an ability to adapt styles across platforms.
• Strong storytelling skills and a creative approach to content development.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Passion for social media, especially TikTok, and staying updated on emerging trends and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Enthusiasm for fitness, community, and the NOCCO brand.
