We're seeking a top-notch Mortgage Sales Manager to spearhead our business development efforts. You'll play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, nurturing key relationships, and ensuring a seamless transition for new clients.

What You'll Do:

Unlock New Opportunities: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities through strategic relationship building.
Connect and Engage: Conduct engaging introductory meetings and sales presentations with potential clients.
Expand Your Network: Leverage social media, industry conferences, and direct outreach to build your professional network.
Collaborate and Deliver: Work closely with our operations team to finalize Statements of Work (SOWs) and deliver exceptional client reports.
Ensure Client Success: Oversee initial client jobs to guarantee a smooth and successful onboarding experience.
What We're Looking For:

Extensive Mortgage Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in the mortgage banking business or with a due diligence company, with at least 3 years in a client relations role.
Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the mortgage industry and capital markets.
Capital Markets Insight: Deep understanding of RMBS and the mortgage due diligence process (a plus!).
Relationship Building Skills: Strong relationships with hedge funds, investment banks, servicers, and mortgage originators (preferred).
Networking and Negotiation Skills: Proven networking, negotiation, and consulting abilities.
Client-Centric Approach: Ability to analyze client needs and design value-added solutions.
Education: Bachelors Degree.
