The Connexa Search Group is partnering with a well-respected, mission-driven healthcare organization in the Greenville, SC area to recruit a Clinical Manager / Manager of Clinical Operations for a growing multi-site outpatient practice.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinical leader to oversee day-to-day operations, lead a skilled care team, and ensure an exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate is a hands-on nursing professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and brings strong leadership, operational, and patient-care expertise.

• Oversee daily clinical operations across multiple outpatient practice locations

Requirements:

• Must be a Licensed RN
• Nursing Degree or other applicable clinical degree required
• Active BLS/CPR certification
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an outpatient or physician-office setting (preferred)
• At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience (preferred)
• Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
