Landscape Architect
Indianapolis, IN | $75,000-$105,000 Hybrid Schedule + Flex Time | 100% Paid Insurance + 401K Match

We're looking for a creative, passionate, and experienced Landscape Architect to join a thriving, design-driven firm with over 30 years of stability and a national footprint. From sports parks and cultural landmarks to educational campuses and mixed-use communities , you'll shape meaningful spaces with purpose-and have fun doing it.

What You'll Do:

* Bring inspired landscapes to life-from sketches to built form

* Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of architects, designers, and planners

* Lead or support projects across all phases , from SD to CA

* Work on diverse project types: civic, cultural, K-12, higher ed, residential, and recreation

What We're Looking For:

* 5-10 years of professional experience in landscape architecture

* Strong design portfolio + full project lifecycle experience

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite (bonus for Revit, Civil 3D, Enscape)

* A collaborative spirit and a passion for people-centered design
