HR Internship in Bali

Location:  Bali, Indonesia 

Work Hours: 11 AM - 5 PM

What You'll Do • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies targeting professionals and organizations • Create compelling employer branding and recruitment campaigns using AI-enhanced research and analysis • Implement performance management systems and employee development programs • Build and maintain talent pipelines using HR technology and AI-powered candidate assessment • Support organizational development and culture-building initiatives for

international teams • Use AI tools at every step for maximum efficiency, from candidate sourcing to performance analytics 

Required Skills • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with experience in people-focused environments • Understanding of HR principles, talent acquisition, and performance management • Organizational skills with attention to detail and strategic thinking • Interest in sustainable technology and building high-performance teams
