Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on heavy-duty diesel engines and equipment.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on-site, ensuring equipment is operating efficiently.
• Utilize specialized tools and equipment to complete repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate service records.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain repairs and maintenance needs.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in diesel technology.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in diesel mechanics is preferred.
• Proven experience as a diesel mechanic, particularly with heavy-duty equipment.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
