LaSalle Network has partnered with a manufacturing company that serves restaurant brands and CPG companies to hire a Food Quality, Senior Manager . The team is looking for an experienced food manufacturing professional to lead their food packaging plant in both production and warehousing.

Food Quality, Senior Manager Responsibilities: 

• Manage production of a 90-person plant 
• Maintain compliance for product specifications
• Ensure quality assurance is met with production, sales, operations, purchasing and R&D
• Ensure processes are compliant with corresponding regulatory agencies' policies and requirements 
• Collaborate with R&D and Engineering on new product development 
• Oversee food safety and quality programs 

Food Quality, Senior Manager Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience  
• 4+ years food manufacturing experience 
• Strong working knowledge of USDA/FDA guidance and regulations and GFSI requirements 
• 3+ years of management or leadership experience 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
