Key Responsibilities:

  • ☀ Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and offer solar solutions
  • Close sales deals and negotiate terms that work for both the company and the customer
  • Manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities, utilizing our new sales platform
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales strategies and achieve targets
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the solar market and product offerings
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business

Qualifications:

✅ Proven success in solar sales or a related field, with a strong focus on closing deals
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
✅ Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for solar energy 
✅ Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel within designated sales territories in Pennsylvania
✅ Spanish fluency is a plus but not required
