Key ResponsibilitiesSupport customer service and sales teams in achieving daily and long-term performance goals
Assist in developing and maintaining procedures that enhance the overall customer experience
Help train new and less experienced team members to build a strong, effective team
Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure quality and timely service delivery
Investigate and resolve escalated customer inquiries professionally and empathetically
Uphold company standards and maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction
Required: Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s preferred but not required)
No prior experience necessary — comprehensive training provided
Strong ambition to grow into leadership and management roles
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm in high-pressure situations
