• Coverage Period: 7/14/2025 – 10/13/2025
• Clinical Shift Schedule: 3 x 12hr shifts, variable
• Rate: $61.70/hr

• Patient Demographics: Adults and Pediatrics
• Patient Volume/Census: TBD
• Case Mix: Behavioral Health Crisis, Psychiatric Emergency, Addictions

FACILITY INFORMATION:

• No. of Beds in Department: 50–149
• Trauma Level: Level 3
• EMR System: Epic
• Office Equipment Available: TBD
• Specialty Backup Available: Interdisciplinary team
• Support Staff Available: Medical team, family, social services
• Reason for Coverage: Staff need/expansion.

REQUIRED PROCEDURES:

• Psychosocial assessments.
• Drug/alcohol brief assessments.
• Crisis intervention and inpatient diversion.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Licenses: Licensed as LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in MT.
• Certifications: American Heart Association BLS; MHPP preferred.
• Experience: Less than 1 year acceptable; 3–5 years preferred in crisis settings.
• Other Qualifications: Master’s in Social Work or comparable clinical program.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide urgent behavioral health care in emergency and acute settings.
• Deliver brief assessments and crisis stabilization.
• Support care coordination, family/patient communication, and discharge planning.
• Work independently and collaboratively across disciplines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold trauma-informed practices.
