A client in Tucson, AZ is looking for a Contracts Administrator to support DoD (specifically AirForce & construction) contracts. They will assist in development and execution of approved acquisition strategies, and assist in preparation of file documentation for Contracting Officer (CO) review and approval. They will provide advice, recommendations, research, and analysis to support Contracting Officer decisions regarding contractual issues.
They will also prepare electronic synopsis announcements for issuance by the CO, and assist in preparation of task orders and modifications, as well as solicitations and amendments to solicitations. We are looking for candidates with proven experience in this space along with a great customer service demeanor.

Skills and Requirements
- 3+ Years of contracting experience within a Federal Government Agency; with preferred experience in Department of Air Force contracting
- Preferred experience in construction contracting.
- DAWIA Contracting Professional or FAC-C Professional or equivalent cert, either current or expired certification
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive research and analysis of technical and cost or pricing data.
- Experience reading and interpreting acquisition policy, regulations, and directives. null
