We’re hiring Community Outreach Assistants to join our mission-aligned nonprofit team focused on creating real change in local communities .

This is a paid, entry-level position —no prior nonprofit experience is required. Just bring your passion, empathy, and drive to serve. We provide comprehensive training, one-on-one mentorship , and real-world experience in grassroots outreach, advocacy , and program coordination .

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with local residents, nonprofits, and community partners

• Assist in organizing and executing community outreach events , workshops, and education campaigns

• Support volunteer coordination , stakeholder engagement, and grassroots mobilization

• Gather feedback from community members and help track event participation and outcomes

• Represent the organization at forums, public meetings, and outreach events with empathy and professionalism

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure programs reflect equity, inclusion , and community voice
