As a CNC Machine Operator , you’ll learn to operate up to six automated CNC machines used to sharpen carbide saw blades. You'll be an essential part of the production team — ensuring quality, precision, and on-time delivery.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Operate and monitor CNC grinding machines for carbide saw blade sharpening
• Inspect blades to meet quality and precision standards
• Perform basic maintenance (cleaning, greasing, changing wheels)
• Accurately document production and quality control data
• Keep materials flowing and communicate supply needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures

What You Bring:

Must-haves:

• Mechanical aptitude – you enjoy working with machines and tools
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, or other measuring tools
• Fast learner with good attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Good communication and time management skills
