Our client is seeking a Clinical Manager to work in Washington, DC.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
The Clinical Manager will report to the Clinical Director and will operate across behavioral health and addiction programs and will provide and conduct intakes, individual and group therapy/counseling services and caseload of mentally ill and dual disorder adults, supervise as assigned a team of Behavioral Health Community Support Workers and take a lead role in the diagnosis and assessment of enrolled consumers and reviewing charts and case notes for processing to the medical providers.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Must be DC- Licensed Clinical Social Worker(LICSW), DC- Licensed Graduate Social Worker(LGSW) or a DC-Licensed professional counselor (LPC)
* Minimum of one-three years clinical and administrative supervisory required
* Ability to develop strong collaborative working relationships with the client consumer using appropriate patient centered communication skills, with the appropriate municipal, county, City and State agencies, as well as other non-profit agencies, including the faith based community
*Strong PC skills in Windows environment and excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
*Bilingual is any language is a plus
*Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
