**Position Summary**
As a Client Aviation Specialist, you are a core member of our aircraft management team, supporting the financial and operational needs of our managed clients. Your focus is on detailed, data-driven support, acting as a critical team member on our client experience team, from analyzing account expenditures, creating customized client reporting and solutions, to building long lasting relationships with crew and clients, you help ensure every service rendered is accurately supported and accounted for. This role requires critical thinking, tenacity, and professional polish to move projects forward, align stakeholders, and maintain operational integrity across the board.
This role is an office-based position, on a hybrid schedule, working at least four times weekly from the office. Our selected candidate will work from our location in Burbank, CA. The posted salary ranges will default to that of your regional location and will not include any premiums. The baseline range for this exempt position will be as follows: $68,000 - $80,000 plus a performance-based bonus up to 10% of annual salary.
**Your Profile**
+ You bring a minimum of five years of professional experience in a business, office, or service-oriented environment, where you've developed fluency in using the Microsoft Office Suite-particularly Excel-for reporting and reconciliation tasks.
+ You are highly organized, capable of navigating competing priorities, and comfortable interacting with both internal teams and high-value clients on complex, service-related matters.Experience working with financial documentation, invoices, or client statements is essential, as is a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
+ You're energized by solving problems, building consensus, and working in a collaborative, high-integrity environment.
+ A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred, and prior exposure to accounting or corporate aviation environments is highly advantageous.
**Your Role**
+ You will partner with internal departments and external stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely, and professional support across various aspects of aircraft management.
+ Your daily work may involve reviewing financial tools, preparing client-facing documentation, supporting collections processes, or collaborating with internal teams in support of client deliverables.
+ You'll handle recurring tasks with precision, ensure contractual, financial, and operational compliance, and work cross-functionally to uphold a high standard of customer support within an aviation services framework.
