In this role, you’ll diagnose and repair a variety of devices while providing outstanding customer support throughout the area. We’re looking for a dependable team player who values innovation, quality work, and great customer experiences. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $16–$18 and excellent opportunities for growth within the tech industry. • Accurately diagnose and repair cell phone issues with attention to detail, ensuring top-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver outstanding service by answering questions, offering expert guidance, and creating a positive experience for every customer.
• Proactively recommend and promote additional products or services that meet customer needs and help drive business success.
• Collaborate closely with fellow team members to maintain a supportive, goal-oriented, and positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in cell phone repair or a related field is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong interest in consumer electronics and a passion for staying updated with the latest technology.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive interactions.
• Reliable, with a strong work ethic and a high level of execution in all tasks.
• Demonstrated humility and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
