Job Description:
Drive strategic sourcing initiatives and manage vendor relationships across corporate service categories including Marketing, HR, Finance, Legal, and enterprise software.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Develop, negotiate, and manage MSAs, SOWs, and licensing agreements.
Lead RFPs and vendor negotiations across corporate functions.
Collaborate with business units to align vendor strategy with budget and requirements.
Partner with Legal, Cybersecurity, and Compliance for contract execution and onboarding.
Identify and implement process improvements within procurement.
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
Bachelor's degree.
5–10 years of procurement/vendor management experience.
Experience with Marketing, HR, Legal, Finance, or software sourcing.
Proven success in vendor negotiations and RFP leadership.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with experience managing complex projects.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in lean procurement teams or process optimization roles.
Familiarity with contract management software or platforms.
