Job Description

Our company is currently seeking a full-time Billing Specialist to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Billing, both electronically and through paper claims
  • Editing and analyzing accounts
  • Making corrections and researching denials
  • Verifying insurance
  • Creating reports and answering client's questions
  • Perform data entry and other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in medical billing preferred
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Education Requirements: Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Clearances: (Prospective employees must have the following clearances before servicing clients.) 1. PA State Child Abuse Clearance (Upon hire, before working with clients, and every year thereafter) 2. Pennsylvania State Criminal Background Check (Upon hire, before working with clients, and every year thereafter) 3. FBI Clearance
