Reporting to the Director of Public Programs, this position will provide support in all areas of public programming associated with Clearpool and Hillside summer camps and Clearpool's outdoor education programs. This position will be responsible for all aspects of programming that interface with the Clearpool Public Programs office, including but not limited to: handling inquiries about Clearpool Programs and Summer Camps, accurately maintaining summer camp and programming registrations including payments and invoicing, maintaining a variety of computerized and manual records, have knowledge of PO systems and is able to submit purchase orders and computer work orders, have knowledge of School Dude maintenance software/submit and follow up on maintenance work orders, have knowledge of or ability to learn CampBrain system, run reports, and take payments for all programs as needed, submission of payroll timesheets, and other duties as assigned. This position is located at our Carmel, NY campus. This position32 hours per week and is a 12 month position.
This position is benefit eligible.
Pay rate is $17.00-18.00 per hour depending on experience.
A High School Diploma is required. An Associate's Degree or Business School Diploma is preferred.
